He has been the Founder and CEO of Kainos Medicine since 2007.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He was the special partner and an investment advisor to Altos Venture, a US-based $200M investment firm from 2003 to 2007.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Between 2003 and 2007, he was the Founder and CEO of GCT Semiconductor Inc., USA which manufactured RF-Base Band, a key component in mobile communications technology, with operations in Silicon Valley and a 200-staff R&D center in Seoul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He co-founded Silicon Image Inc., USA in 1994 and successfully managed its IPO listing on the NASDAQ in 1999.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Prior to this, he also successfully founded his semiconductor distribution company in the USA and represented multiple US-manufactured products for export to Korea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
